• the goods are returned in saleable condition, and there is a serious reason. A refund must be agreed upon in writing (say, by email) before goods are returned, OR
• in some circumstances, if you have paid for the order but immediately emailed, so we haven't begun preparing the order yet. You must still have a clear and valid reason for requiring a refund.

If a t-shirt is the wrong size, we will replace it for a different size if the original t-shirt is returned in a reasonable amount of time and is in saleable condition, and we have suitable replacement stock available. Again, this transaction must be agreed upon in writing before the goods are returned.

We cannot give refunds for downloadable items, as they can't be returned. We will only exchange CDs if they are physically damaged in transit, and then only for another copy of the same item (if available).
